DNA strands created for a recent S4C programme, which will be shown again later in the year. This was an early test to see how tricky it would be to build, style and animate.
Produced using ICE in Softimage to generate semi-random block trails from an input image.
Some image manipulation I’ve dabbled with, specifically using particles to recreate an image, aligning them with areas of contrast and density, to look like brush strokes.
